Hotel Manila Policies
To help make your stay at Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila in Manila as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.
- Groups
When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- Internet
WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
- Parking
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
- Pets
Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for ₱ 1,800 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. The fully-renovated lagoon-shaped pool is now open for staycation guests to enjoy during their stay. Gym and Spa are located at the 6th floor. Prior reservation is required thru Front Desk, please dial extension “0”. Valid Identification card (either Corporate ID, Government IDs or passport) is required upon check-in.
